Testimonials:
Well i know you guys are tired of hearing me talk about the web cam lesson, but they are well worth every penny. I have learned more in the last month about shred guitar than I have in the last couple of years. How to practice, how to make a practice schedule, what to practice and how long I should practice a day. Correct fingerings for scales and sequences that I thought were tough explained and shown in a easier manner to play them. Learn about guitar gear amps etc. How to get a good sound. Leigh knows what he is talking about. Take a lesson. You will not regret it. You will continue with more lessons.

I had been learning guitar on my own but thought I needed some guidance to speed up the process. There aren't many shredders where I live (none that I've met) so I searched the net for some shred guitar webcam lessons and found Leigh. First of all, he's a great guitar player! And as a teacher he is committed to helping you get to where you want to go. After a lesson he'll write up the tab for the exercises and email them to me. He also answers any questions I have in between lessons through email. In fact, he actually encourages me to email him with questions. He doesn't charge anything extra for all the extra time he spends writing up tabs or answering my email questions. That's the thing about Leigh, not only is he a good teacher but he is an incredibly nice guy as well. Seriously. He is so friendly and kind. I think those are really important qualities in a teacher because learning guitar can be pretty frustrating. And if your teacher isn't nice it only makes things worse! The loads of lessons in the member's section are also great. Tons of great videos and tabs in there. Listen: if you want to learn how to shred solos that will melt faces you need to start taking lessons with Leigh. What are you waiting for? Life's too short to suck at guitar.

I went back to the left/right brain exercises and the alternate picking exercises. I really focused and did all the exercises listed in tab and the ones Leigh shows in the videos. I was totally amazed at how intense and absolutely perfect those are for warming up and adding to the daily practice/warmup schedule. I was shocked at how much burning I got in my forearm and hand from those. I plan to add those to my daily routine until I can do them all perfectly and at a high speed. I was very happy at the results I seen just from the first day of going through those. I wanted to share in case anyone was at the stage where I was, where I was stuck on what to use to get the most out of my practice time. I made this post for other members that may be at the same playing level I am, and searching for something to add to their practice or just looking for something to start with. The single finger exercise Leigh shows is intense after about 45 sec my ring and pinky are just screaming from the workout but it is a great strength dexterity and speed builder.
